Today was fun. I went to my Child Development class, pretended to learn stuff about attachment theory, managed not to fall asleep, booked it like a crazy lady to London bridge station just to realize I had 30 minutes before I actually had to be at the glass galery. Silly me, oh well. We got to watch a guy making a blown glass thing. The process is pretty cool, and the other guy explained it as it was happening. much better than as SDC. Here we were like right there where they were working. We also got to look around at the stuff they had already made, and had displayed. It was really nice. Then of course we went to the White Cube gallery to see some art. There were several cool pieces and they had a real flute rigged to play by itself with some pipes and such. Our new professor joined us today, and after the White Cube place, we went to a pub and chatted a bit.
Now I am finishing my laundry and tomorrow I have to pack my stuff. I am glad it is going to be warmer in Rome than it is here. It was way to cold today.
I just got cleared to register for my classes, when registration opens next Friday. I also checked my prospective professors on rate my professor, and they all had really good ratings. Also, if I get the classes I want, I won't have class on Monday or Friday again.
